Roads – Charges for Maintenance
The annual charge for road maintenance is $150.00 per unit.
- One unit is for the land property
- One unit is for the first house ( If there are two livable structures on the property, a second additional unit is charged)
- Two units is the average charge per property equaling $ 300.00 per year.
These charges are included on the water bill and may be paid monthly or annually.
