Metered Charges
- $52.00 – Water service for up to * 3,000 cubic feet or 22,440 gallons
- $ 5.00 – System Replacement Reserve
- $16.00 – Repayment of a USDA Loan
- $73.00 – Base monthly charge
Non-Metered Charges
- $32.50 – Non-metered water fee
- $ 2.00 – System Replacement Reserve
- $16.00 – Repayment of a USDA Loan
- $50.50 – Monthly Charge
There is a monthly water usage limit of 3,000 cu ft. This limit is based on the Water Conservation Recommendations issued by the State of California in addition to the water production quantities supplied by the wells and spring.

Roads – Charges for Maintenance
The annual charge for road maintenance is $150.00 per unit.
- One unit is for the land property
- One unit is for the first house ( If there are two livable structures on the property, a second additional unit is charged)
- Two units is the average charge per property equaling $ 300.00 per year.
