The operational changes and improvements outlined demonstrate that the board has made extraordinary progress in its efforts to ensure a stable, quality water supply for all of us. And the financial report reflects your steadfast commitment to fulfill your campaign promises when you ran for this office. We know this is a thankless, voluntary duty you provide your fellow neighbors.
